National-Qualifiers

Eligibility

Female professional and amateur status.

Format

The qualifying round will feature a maximum of 120 players competing in 36 holes of stroke play. The three players chosen to participate in the Blue Canyon Ladies Championship 2025, scheduled for March 13th-16th, 2025, at Blue Canyon
Country Club, will be the two highest-ranking Thai players and the top international player.

In the event of a tie for the final qualifying spot, a card play-off will determine the qualifier based on the best aggregate score across the following: (a) the last 18 holes, (b) the last 9 holes, (c) the last 6 holes, or (d) the last 3 holes of the final
round. If a tie persists, hole-by-hole scores will be evaluated in reverse order,starting from the 18th hole of the final round.

Withdrawal

All withdrawal requests must be submitted by **Wednesday, February 5, 2025, by 12:00 PM (GMT+7)**. To initiate a withdrawal, please send your request along with supporting evidence to the following email address:
**[email protected]**. Withdrawals will only be accepted via email and must include a valid reason. If you wish to withdraw after the deadline, you must provide adequate documentation, such as medical records, to have your request approved. **For players wishing to withdraw after February 5, 2025, please contact the Tournament Administration/Player Services directly, and ensure that you send the necessary evidence via email.**

Caddie

The local caddie fee is 400 THB (note that this amount does not include a tip, which has a minimum of 400 THB). Players are permitted to use their own caddies.

Measurement Device

The use of measuring devices will be permitted (in non-slope mode).

Practice Prior to the Tournament

Players wishing to practice are encouraged to reach out to the golf course directly.
A special green fee rate will be offered to those whose names are on the entry list. The fee is 2,300 THB per person, which includes green fee, caddie fee and golf cart and one meal.

Practice Facilities

Practice Range
Practice ball are provided 2 trays per day per person ( 1 tray = 40 balls)
Saturday 8th February 05:30 – 17:00 (last ball insurance at 16:30)
Sunday 9th February 05:30 – 17:00 (last ball insurance at 16:30)

Spectators

Spectators must obtain an entrance pass from the tournament office (golf carts
are not permitted, and they must remain on the designated cart path).
